We are constantly making updates to our cabins and grounds and you will see new docks, new beds and bedding in most cabins and experience excellent WIFI throughout the property. As your hosts, we hope you love this place as much as we do. If you have any requests or questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

As you drive past our sign, you will see the large screened-in gazebo at the waterfront. 2023 will bring a new office facility next to it where you can make your bookings, payments, and purchases of worms and ice.
Your canine friend is welcome and must be leashed and picked up after. There is a $50.00 charge and we ask that you not leave them alone in the cottages.
Please park your trailers and vehicles behind the cabins at the white house at the driveway entrance. One of our staff will be happy to show you.
The town of Spanish is only minutes away on Hwy 17. You will find, Small Bites grocery store, Gambles Convenience Store, the LCBO, North Channel Pizza and a couple of snack bars. The General Outdoor Store has moved to Almenara en El Rio, the marina next door where you will also find the boat launch. The store has almost anything you may need from fishing tackle to boat & motor parts to clothing.
We will no longer be selling fuel so we ask that you bring your gas cans. You can fill them at Gambles Convenience Store, at the gas station in Serpent River just west of Spanish, or at the Shell Station in Massey The Spanish Municipal Marina also sells gas but only on weekends until July 1st and after Labor Day.
The municipal marina also has a small laundromat for your convenience. Our laundry facility is for our use only. Our fish cleaning station is at the docks and we ask that you bag the fish remains and deposit it into the freezer, not in the garbage bins located in the parking area where you will also find a recycling station. Please use the recycling bags under your kitchen sink. We have a sauna with his and hers public washrooms and showers. The sauna stove was new in 2022 so please do not drown it!
Garbage bins are in the parking area as well as a recycling centre. Let's keep our water clean, and fish and wildlife abundant!

Each cottage has comfortable furnishings, electric heat, 3 or 4 piece baths, and decks. The kitchens are fully equipped with electric stoves, refrigerators, microwaves and utensils. BBQs are supplied throughout the property. We supply the bed linens but request you bring your own towels, tea towels and personal soaps and shampoos.
Our guests are welcome to use the screened-in gazebo for meals, playing games and socializing. Enjoy the sauna, campfire site and the central fishing cleaning facility.
