Driving (Mid-west): For our American guests living in the mid-west, travel north on I-75 to the Canadian border crossing at Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
Once on the Canadian side, travel east on Highway 17 which is also called the Trans-Canada Highway. Travel about 120 miles to the town of Spanish. From there, it's just a 2 minute drive to Vance's Resort.
Driving (East): For our American guests living in the east, drive to Niagara Falls NY and cross into Canada.
Once on the Canadian side, take the QEW and go north to Hamilton. Then the QEW swings around the end of Lake Ontario and heads east to Toronto. While on the QEW, you will pass through the town of Oakville. Just after Oakville, take highway 403 east to highway 401 east towards Toronto. While on the 401, just past the airport, go north on highway 400. Just past the city of Barrie which is an hour north of Toronto, the 400 splits into two highways. Take Hwy 69 which goes to Sudbury. Just before the city of Sudbury, turn left on highway 17 and travel west to the town of Spanish.
NOTE: QEW is short-form for Queen Elizabeth Way which is the main highway between Toronto and Niagara Falls.
